Portraits have been at the cornerstone of my art practice. Its direct connection to the human experience and connection is , to me a fascinating subject with never ending outcomes.

Manimal is an on going collection of works based on a therianthropic style, blending human figures with characteristics and elements of animals. Finding a narrative within each animal and composition goes to create an engaging image that emotes a response. All of the works have a story behind them whether its creation is due to research of an idea  or an observation of how we as people communicate and interact the sense of surreal normality is played out..
